They share their policy on representing union talent and non-union talent and gives some examples of what actors can do to help their client/agent partnership work better. They talk about some issues that affect talent from managing expectations, to being prepared and eliminating obstacles to getting jobs and why SBV Talent some times passes on representing talent. Jessica and Cynthia each share their backgrounds and how they found their way to becoming agents. They talk about some misconceptions that actors have about what an agent does on a daily basis.
