writer, producer, and director of network promos and commercials, as
well as a respected teacher.
Jodi talks about her start as an
actor in NYC, her decision to move into directing theatre and how it all
lead to moving to Los Angeles to work at CBS to direct talents like
Ernie Anderson, Bob Newhart and Jonathan Winters.
She discusses
the difference between a promo for radio and TV promo and the approach a
voice actor should to take when doing their reads. She speaks to why
she’s an effective director and teacher and Stacey shares the amazing
experiences she’s had working with Jodi.
