Guest Laraine Newman, original member of the cast of Saturday Night Live, founding member of The Groundlings, accomplished voice actor and writer takes us through how she transitioned from on camera work to voice acting.

She shares her first experience working with animation greats like Rob Paulsen and Maurice LaMarche and fellow Groundling member, Tress McNeille.

She credits studying with Charlie Adler, Chris Zimmerman and listening to radio plays with helping her build her voice acting chops and how her sketch comedy background has helped her voice over career. Laraine explains why still takes classes and how she approaches bringing new characters to life.
