The
fun continues in Part 2 with Kevin Michael Richardson, voice actor and
singer extraordinaire, who shares career advice that has helped him
along the way and offers some insight to people wanting to get in the
voice over business.
Kevin remembers some jobs he had to “make
ends meet” and tells what he would do if he wasn’t a performer. He

first guest from the premiere on January 8, 2012, brilliant voice talent
and dear friend, Jess Harnell. Jess shares some meaningful personal and
professional highlights from the last two years and he asks Chuck and

Chuck
and Stacey continue their talk on location with Joe Cipriano, Mike
McColl, Rino Romano and Scott Rummell as they answer questions from
viewers about everything from taking classes and workshops, embracing
your unique style to one of the most crucial elements in promos, timing.
They
weigh in about voicing promos for the major TV networks and give some
helpful tips about self-direction that have worked for them and reveal
some challenges they have encountered with self-direction.
The
guys talk about the current trends in promos, the importance of being
aware of what is happening and Scott tells a funny and relevant
experience he had while working on the movie trailer for Hitman.
The
episode closes with the guys sharing advice they got from the
legendary, Don LaFontaine that has helped them in their careers and they

and inspiring memoir LIVING ON AIR from the authors themselves. Ann
Cipriano, an Emmy award winning news writer and producer, and husband

Chuck
and Stacey welcome David Goldberg, the CEO of Edge Studio, to the show
to share how he found his way from working with top rock bands in the
music industry to the voice over business. He talks about his passion
for directing and engineering which helped him create the successful
Edge Studio in NYC and describes the ways it supports the voiceover
business.
David breaks down in detail how talent can benefit from
working with Edge Studio’s coaches and engineers, the different
services they provide with education, casting and technology and guides
viewers through things to check out on the Edge Studio website.
He
talks about his role at Edge Studio that incorporates some of his
favorite things to do like, coaching and booth directing. David gives
brilliant ideas for finding the clues in a script and some important
things for talent to consider that take the whole picture into account.
He
reflects on why he thinks he is such an effective as a director and
